We are pleased to announce that David Davies, a distinguished legal expert with over 25 years of experience, has joined to lead and co-ordinate the legal and structuring effort for the Hillview Grenada project.

David studied law at Hertford College, University of Oxford, before beginning his career as a solicitor with Linklaters, one of the five Magic Circle firms, in London. Over the years, he has held senior roles across Europe, including serving as the firmwide head of corporate for Linklaters’ successor firm, Kinstellar, in Central and Eastern Europe. David has advised on some of the region’s most significant and complex transactions, including major acquisitions of telecoms businesses and banks.

Since transitioning from private practice, David has focused on private projects for high-net-worth individuals and family offices, including Citizenship by Investment initiatives in the Caribbean. With a unique blend of expertise and a pragmatic, commercial approach, David specialises in structuring strategies that drive value creation. His leadership in legal and structuring efforts will be pivotal to establishing a robust framework for the Hillview Grenada project.

Although Grenada is located on the southern edge of the hurricane belt and is less impacted the another Caribbean islands, it is not immune to these storms as has been seen recently with Hurricane Beryl. The island has since improved its hurricane preparedness and infrastructure resilience and the value of these improvements has led to greater preparedness for such events.
